You may also enroll your bank account via auto-debit arrangement (ADA) in two ways:

via Metrobank e-ADA

1. Log in to your Metrobank Online account at https://www.metrobank.com.ph/services/mb-online.
2. Click the Pay Bills icon and go to Auto Debit Arrangement.
3. Fill out the necessary fields, review your details, and click Submit.
4. Expect an update about your enrollment within two (2) business days.

via Other Banks

1. Download the form appropriate to your preferred bank account at https://www.axa.com.ph/self-service (Category: Payment of Premiums) or get a form from any AXA branch.
2. Fill out and submit the form to your Financial Partner or the nearest AXA branch.
3. Expect an update regarding your ADA enrollment within 14 business days. For Landbank, the process may take up to 25 business days.

Note: Please ensure your bank account is sufficiently funded to avoid delayed or missed payments.
